Second: A team member will reach out to you to confirm delivery details for your bag(s) via text/phone.
Third: Schedule your first order, place your bags outside and the rest is history!
How does the price compare to me doing my laundry?
Taking in all cost (water, energy, machine, labor) using Tumbl is significantly cheaper ~30%, and you get time back!

How do I schedule my laundry pickup?
